Terms of Use
Last updated October 17, 2026
By using SPLOT you agree to these terms.
It is a game
SPLOT picks payers and splits for fun. It is not a payment service, does not move money, and is not responsible for who actually pays. Play with friends who agree to play. You can always decide not to follow the result.
Fair play
Results come from a random seed that is locked (committed) before the game starts, so the result can be checked later with Fate Replay. Do not try to cheat or tamper with the app or the server.
Squad Court and anything you write
You must be 18 or older to use Squad Court. Do not post anything hateful, threatening, sexual, or that shares someone's private information. Notes with blocked words are hidden automatically. Owners can report and block voters. We may remove content or names that break these rules.
Your SPLOT name
Names that impersonate others or are offensive may be removed.
No warranty
SPLOT is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any losses from using it, including disagreements about bills.
